Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 Nov 2026

These terms apply whenever you book a session or service with me or join One Herd Voice. Please read them before you book. When you tick the box to agree at checkout, they become our agreement. If anything is unclear, email me and I’ll happily explain.

1. About me

I’m Dilara Pataudi, a sole trader based in the UK.

  • Address: Rectory Farm, East Chaldon Road, Winfrith Newburgh, Dorset, DT2 8DJ, UK
  • Email: dpataudi@gmail.com

2. The nature of my work

My work is intuitive, spiritual and complementary. It is offered to support you and your horses, not to replace professional care.

  • My work is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care. I don’t diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and I don’t give medical advice. If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please speak to your GP or another qualified professional, and don’t stop or change any treatment because of a session with me.
  • Equine CranioSacral Therapy is not a substitute for veterinary care. It is gentle, light-touch, energy-based bodywork. I don’t diagnose, prescribe or manipulate bones or joints. Your horse’s health remains your responsibility and your vet’s. Please keep your vet informed, and always call your vet if your horse is unwell, injured or lame.
  • Messages and insights are offered for your reflection. They are not predictions, guarantees or instructions. How you understand them and what you choose to do with them is up to you.
  • I can’t promise any particular outcome from any session, message or membership.

3. Who can book

Anyone can book. A child under 13 must be booked by a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms on the child’s behalf.

4. My services and prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and are the full price you pay. I’m not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added.

5. Booking and payment

You book and pay in full through my website, and payments are handled securely by Stripe. Your booking is confirmed when you receive my confirmation email. For Equine CranioSacral sessions, the session fee is paid when you book. I’ll tell you the travel fee before you book, and invoice it separately after your session. Please pay it within 14 days of the invoice.

6. Your legal right to cancel (the 14-day cooling-off period)

Because you book online, UK law usually gives you 14 days from the day you book to change your mind and get a refund. Here’s how that works for each service:

  • A session or Channelled Message booked more than 14 days ahead: you can cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund. After that, my cancellation policy in section 7 applies.
  • A session or Channelled Message booked for a date within 14 days: when you book, you ask me to start within the cooling-off period. You can still cancel at any time before the session or message date for a refund, minus a fair amount for any work I’ve already done, such as preparation. Once the session and any follow-up notes, or your message, have been delivered, your right to cancel ends.
  • One Herd Voice: see section 10 for your refund window.

To cancel, email dpataudi@gmail.com. I’ll refund you within 14 days, to the card you paid with.

7. Cancelling or rescheduling a session

This section applies to sessions and Channelled Messages, once any cooling-off period in section 6 has ended.

  • 48 hours’ notice or more: you can cancel for a full refund, or reschedule, free of charge.
  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: the full fee is charged. If you’d like another session, it’s booked and paid for as new.
  • Late arrival: the session will still end at its scheduled time.
  • Missed session (no-show): the full fee is charged.
  • Technical problems: if a problem on my side stops or seriously disrupts an online session, we’ll rearrange it free of charge. If the problem is on your side, I’ll wait for you and we’ll try to reconnect, but time lost is treated as a late arrival.

If I need to cancel (for example through illness, an emergency, or weather that makes travelling to your yard unsafe), I’ll let you know as soon as I can. You can choose a new date or a full refund.

8. Your Sacred Truth: recordings and notes

  • Your session is recorded on Zoom. I’ll email you a link to your recording, together with your follow-up notes.
  • Please download your recording within 30 days. After that, it’s deleted automatically and I can’t recover it.
  • I own the copyright in the recording and the follow-up notes. You’re welcome to keep them for your own personal use.
  • I will never publish or share your recording, notes or answers, or use them in my podcast, books or testimonials.

9. Equine CranioSacral Therapy

Before the session, please:

  • tell me about your horse’s health, behaviour, any injuries, and any current or recent veterinary treatment
  • have your horse caught, clean, dry and ready at the booked time, in a safe and quiet area
  • make sure a competent adult handler is present to hold your horse throughout

On the day. I may decide, at my own discretion, not to treat a horse if it isn’t safe or appropriate. For example, if a horse appears lame or in need of medical assessment, I’ll advise you to call your vet. If your horse can’t be caught or isn’t ready, the session is charged in full. If I decide not to treat on welfare grounds, I’ll refund the session fee, but the travel fee is still payable.

Safety. Horses can be unpredictable. You are responsible for handling your horse and for your yard being safe to work in.

10. One Herd Voice membership

What you receive. One Herd Voice follows the Celtic Wheel of the Year. Each Wheel includes:

  • 8 Transmission dates, one at each festival
  • up to 48 written transmissions from the Transmission Team
  • 8 reflection calls on Zoom, which you can join live or catch up on afterwards as video and audio
  • a year-round community space on Circle

The number of transmissions is an upper limit, not a promise of exact numbers. If the programme changes significantly, I’ll tell you and offer a fair partial refund.

The founding Wheel begins at the Winter Solstice on 21 December 2026, and your access continues until 20 March 2028. Every member is on the same Wheel, whenever they join.

Prices.

  • Founding membership (until 21 December 2026): £300 paid upfront, or 12 monthly payments of £25 (also £300 in total). There is no interest or extra charge.
  • Standard membership (from 22 December 2026): £330 paid upfront.

Joining later. If you join after the Winter Solstice, you’ll receive everything shared so far in the current Wheel. Joining for each Wheel closes on 1 September. If you join after that, your membership is for the next Wheel.

Monthly payments. If you choose monthly payments, you’re signing up for the full membership, paid in 12 instalments. The remaining payments stay due if you stop using the membership after your refund window. If a payment fails, your access will pause until your payments are up to date.

Your refund window. If you join before the Wheel begins on 21 December, you can cancel for a full refund at any time up to 14 days after the Wheel’s first reflection call. If you join after 21 December, you can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of the day you join. If you pay monthly, I’ll refund the payments you’ve made and cancel the rest. After the refund window, membership fees aren’t refundable.

Renewal. Your membership does not renew automatically. Before the next Wheel begins, I’ll invite you to renew if you’d like to.

When your membership ends. Your access to the library and the community space ends on the date given above for your Wheel (20 March 2028 for the founding Wheel), unless you renew.

Community guidelines. One Herd Voice is a shared, heart-centred space. Please:

  • be kind and respectful to other members and to the Transmission Team
  • keep what other members share within the community, and don’t share it outside
  • don’t advertise or sell, and don’t give medical or veterinary advice

If someone seriously or repeatedly breaks these guidelines, I may remove posts or end their membership. In that case no refund is due, except where the law requires one.

Recorded reflection calls. Reflection calls are recorded and added to the library. If you join live, you may appear in the recording. You’re welcome to keep your camera off or change your display name, and if you’d like to be edited out afterwards, I’ll do so where I reasonably can.

Content. The transmissions, recordings and other library material belong to me. They’re for your personal use only, so please don’t copy, share, sell or publish them. You keep ownership of anything you post, and you give me permission to keep it in the community space and archive. You can delete your own posts at any time.

Circle. The community is hosted on Circle, so Circle’s own terms of use also apply when you use it.

If One Herd Voice ends early, I’ll refund the unused part of your membership.

11. My content

Everything on my website, including the text, images, podcast, books and course material, belongs to me or is used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse it without asking me first.

12. Responsibility and liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow me to limit.
  • I’m not responsible for losses that weren’t reasonably foreseeable when you booked, or for decisions you make about your own health or your horse’s care.
  • Otherwise, my total liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the service concerned.
  • Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

13. Complaints

If you’re unhappy with anything, please email me at dpataudi@gmail.com. I’ll reply within 14 days and do my best to put things right.

14. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you keep any protections that your own country’s consumer laws give you.

15. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to you are the ones in place when you booked or joined.
